  • One Opened Bottle Per Customer Lifetime: Refunds or exchanges allowed on only one opened bottle across your account history.

  • Unopened Bottles: Additional unopened bottles in resalable condition may be returned within 30 days for refund or exchange.

  • Non-Returnable Items: More than one opened bottle, perishable goods beyond allowance, and clearance/sale items.

  • Requirements: Proof of purchase required. Products will be inspected.

  • Shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the product was defective or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to deny refund or exchange requests in cases of fraudulent activity, excessive claims, or attempts to return empty/used bottles.
