After 30 days, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

One opened bottle per customer lifetime may be refunded or exchanged.

This applies across your entire customer account history, regardless of product type.

This policy ensures fairness for all customers and prevents abuse.
📦 Unopened Bottles

Any unopened bottles in resalable condition may be returned within 30 days for a refund or exchange.

Products must be returned with original packaging and proof of purchase.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned or refunded:

More than one opened bottle per customer lifetime.

Products that appear tampered with, intentionally damaged, or excessively used.

Sale, clearance, or promotional items.

Perishable goods beyond the one opened bottle allowance.
