I didn’t grow up dreaming of starting a supplement brand. I was too busy working 14-hour shifts, living on caffeine, and ignoring the signs my body was breaking down.
At one point, I was drinking 3 to 4 energy drinks a day—no water, barely any food. My joints ached constantly. I popped ibuprofen just to get through the workday. My stomach was wrecked… two acid blockers a day, and still waking up sick. I hit 106 pounds. Skin and bones. Dead eyes. Pretending I was okay because that’s what men do—until my body called my bluff.
😲The Wake-Up Call That Changed Everything
One morning in the Colorado mountains, my heart started pounding like a jackhammer. No cell service. No help. I pulled over on a dirt road and thought, “Is this how it ends?”
But it didn’t end. That was the start of Americare.
Right then and there, I dumped the energy drink, swore off caffeine, and promised myself I’d fix this—naturally, honestly, and permanently.

I quit caffeine for good that day. I also quit all gluten within weeks, and really tried to figure out what was best for ME. I detoxed. I learned. I healed. Within weeks, the gut pain faded, my energy returned, and I finally saw what the system had done to me—and millions of others.
